Are Your Products Organic Or Natural?

Are Your Products Vegan?

The majority of our products are vegan, except for some Hair Clay Pomade, Beard Butter Cream and our CBD Collagen Night Eye Cream. Which contain cruelty-free beeswax and hydrolyzed collagen.

Do You Test On Animals?

No, we never test on animals, nor are any of the ingredients we use tested on animals. As animal loving founders, we’re committed to cruelty-free products.

All of our products are tested on humans during our product development process, ensuring they’re safe for use.

What Is The Shelf Life Of Your Products?

All of our products are made just in time and have a 3 years expected shelf life.

Once opened the product should be used within 6-12M, as after this time the quality of the product will deteriorate and effectiveness cannot be guaranteed.

Can I Recycle My Packaging?

Yes, and we strongly encourage you to do so. A large portion of ROSEMAGE products are consciously made in glass containers, which is particularly recyclable and can be used for a long time and repurposed for other uses.

We're working to be more sustainable by using more eco-friendly packaging. We've made a commitment to increasing our recyclable and biodegradable materials for all our packaging, including our bottles, jars, and boxes.

What Skin Types Are Your Products For?

All of our skin and body care products were developed to be used by all skin types. We use very lightweight oils that works well for all skincare types, even those with oily skin. Also our moisturizing ingredients are non-greasy, but incredibly hydrating…even for those with very dry skin.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Processing Time: Orders received are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are shipped from China or our warehouse in USA.

Delivery Estimates: Most parcels are delivered within the United States in 4-10 business days from the date shipped (7-15 business days for orders from China). If you do not receive your order within that time-frame, please send an email to customer service.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive an email when your order ships with the relevant tracking information provided. You can also view order information including tracking within My Account.

I Have Not Received My Order

If you have not received your order in the recommended time-frame (15 business days from the date shipped). Please use the Contact Us form and reach out with your order number.

I Need To Change My Address

Changing or updating your delivery address can be done via the My Account Dashboard. Please follow these steps to update your address:

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer exchanges on any of our products, only returns on unused items.
